affilinet Developer Contest: 25.000€ for the best applications!

We want to make the lives of our customers easier! For this reason, we want to offer our publishers software that helps them getting most out of our affilinet webservices. The software can also use the web services of other platforms.

And this is where you come in! Help us helping our publishers and win great prizes!

The winner gets 10.000 Euros!

How does it work?

An international jury will judge how useful the single applications are for publishers. Criteria for the rating include innovation, revenue potential, breadth of target group, easy to use, flexibility, documentation & support and others.

How to take part?

Register at our developer portal and send a mail to Contest2008@affili.net. You will then receive a confirmation mail that you have registered for the contest.

You need to sign up by January 15th, 2009. The contest ends on January 15, 2009. The winners of the contest will be announced on this web portal on February 1st, 2009.

What are the conditions?

• at least 18 years old
• affilinet staff, their families and flat mates as well as jury members are not allowed to take part in the contest
• affilinet is only allowed to feature applications, the copyright will remain with the developer
• affilinet will not distribute your software. You have to provide a web page to present your software. affilinet will link to that web page.
• only fully operational software is considered by the jury
• developers need to offer support for their software for at least 6 months. affilinet does not offer support for third party software.

All participants agree that the information they submit will be reviewed by the jury. The jury will not transmit data to third parties. Data protection laws will be obeyed.

Any information provided will be handled confidentially by the jury and are only used for internal use.
The decisions taken by the jury are no subject to any judicial review. There is no right of appeal.

The jury is free to dismiss any participant during the competition according to their own discretion.

All expenses that are generated by the participants will not be reimbursed by affilinet or the jury.

The competition and its rules are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Participating at this developer contest does not mean any employment contracts between the two parties, such as freelance or sales representative contracts. No party is authorised to release legally binding declarations for both parties or represent the other party in any way.
