4 new web services released

We have released a set of 4 new web services which allow even broader interaction with the affilinet platform:

• GetLinkedAccounts: This method is used to return a list of linked publisher accounts for a specified publisher.
• GetPayments: For a given timespan and publisher ID, this method gives you a list of payments.
• SetMessageStatus: With this method, you can change the status of a message to "new", "read" or "deleted".
• GetProgramRates: This method can be used to return a list of commission rates for a specified publisher and program.

These new web services allow a number of additional applications. We're constantly working on more web services, so stay tuned!
