Redesign of web service overview

The web service overview page has been redesigned! It now contains all necessary information for our new Creative Web Services, some more detailed information on our Logon Web Service and we now have visually split up the Account and Inbox Web Services, which were displayed alongside one another in the past (just a design change here on the developer portal - nothing changed on the account- and inbox-services themselves).

The page got a little longer, but with more and more web services coming out, we at some stage had to change the design so all necessary information can be seen on that page. We hope you like the new design and are happy to receive your feedback.
